3 Weeks

I didn't do this with The Boy, but I thought it might be fun with The Other One.

Conference Morning

This is what we were up to conference morning.

Maybe The Boy will start to like The Other One a little bit more now.

And our favorite Conference activity?
Sleeping.

The Boy and The Other One

The Boy has yet to learn the joys of sleeping on a bed.

This is how I find him most of the time.

Half on, half off.

And here is The Other One.

Sadly, I have not taken as many pictures of this one as I did The Boy. Partly because he is the 2nd child. (Sorry Charlie) But mostly because I don't know how to take good, even decent pictures. (see above) So I just don't.

Brad and Meikel, I need your photography skills!

The Rodeo

Quite possible one of my favorite summer traditions.

Little Bunny Foo Foo

...was hopping through our yard.
One day about a month ago a cute little bunny came into our yard. We thought it was the neighbor's. The neighbors thought it was ours. After a couple weeks, The Boy and the bunny got to be good friends. We named him Little Bunny Foo Foo. Then he stopped coming around. We haven't seen him for a while.

So long Foo Foo, thanks for the memories.

To Foo Foo's credit, he only ate weeds. He didn't touch my garden!

4th of July "Brew"haha (re-post)

The Parade: watching it from the lawn of my faovrite house on Center Street; enjoying delish english scones, seeing The Boy's face light up when the fire trucks and ambulances and marching bands went by, watching The Boy eat Cotton Candy.
Post-Parade: My parent's house, BBQ pork sandwiches, coleslaw, watermelon, ice cream cones, star sugar cookies, slipNslide, water balloon launcher, water fights, hammock, chubby babies in swimsuits, The Boy not taking a nap, feeding watermelon rinds to the horses, and of course enjoying an ice cold bottle of the famous Lambert Brew (root beer)!
A Perfect 4th of July.

(I had to re-post this due to some technical difficulties)
