After 9 months of trying to bake bread that even somewhat resembled that of my mother's, I think I almost came close. Monday night I pulled these beauties out of the oven. These are by far the best 5 minute bread loaves I have made. Pardon my bragging.

Videos!
The first one is The Boy "freaking out". This is a favorite activity of the Boy's. We're not sure why he does it, but it's funny.
This is a video of The Boy throwing stuff...backwards! We're so proud!

Pictures of The Boy
I finally learned how to upload pics from our new camera. Here are a few of them. My next tech endeavor is uploading video from our new video camera.

The Boy's First Christmas
These are the only pics I got of Christmas. Before you judge, realize we did get some new and improved technology which I have yet to figure out how to upload to the computer. Let us remember I am not tech-savvy. At all. I hope to have it figured out by the end of this week, b/c we do have some cute footage of The Boy. Our Christmas was merry and bright and we loved spending time with both families. Love to all!

Stair Master
Well, almost. This morning The Boy showed off his stair skills. He has been going up now for a while, but the coming down part was still a mystery. I have been trying to teach him to flip around when he gets to the edge and then go down on his tummy. Well, I guess it worked, because he can do it! He still has issues at the top, but once he is going he does it all by himself! Yay, now we don't have to use the coffee table as a gate!

Weekend at G&G's
While B was away on business (x-country trip to AZ), The Boy and I headed to Mapleton to spend the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa. The scenery is better, the air is fresher, the food is yummier and the toys are funner at G&G's. (Yes, funner is perfectly acceptable, or so I have been told by english teacher husband.) One of the highlights of the weekend was Dolphin Wrestling. For some reason The Boy had it out for this stuffed dolphin (sorry Queeey, I think that dolphin is yours). He would burrow his head into it and then flip his body over it. This went on for a good 10 minutes or so which is like hours in baby time. It was so funny to watch! I brought the dolphin back home with me to show B, but so far The Boy has shown little interest. Other activities included pushing the little red wagon and climbing in and out of it, playing with the kitty, playing blocks with cousins, and not sleeping.
